Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and your data is deleted 30 days after that unless you subscribe again.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle is our merchant of record. It processes your card, issues the invoice and handles sales tax.
How much does a personal AI assistant cost?
Twains costs $39 per month. That covers your encrypted server with 50 GB of storage, mailbox sync, reminders and WhatsApp. The assistant itself runs on your own Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise), which Anthropic bills separately.
Do I need a Claude subscription?
Yes. Your assistant runs on your own paid Claude plan: Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise. Usage counts against that plan's limits, and you keep full control of the account.
